The vineyard
Of a surface of 7 ha my vineyard is mostly situated on terraces and first hillside of the right bank of the Rhône.
My plots of land are in majority on the municipalities of Vétroz and Sion.

My philosophy of production is above all to understand the vine. Accompany it, not hasten it, be in tune with hit. Choose for each soil the most adapted vine.
Privilege a human-sized vine growing by preferring the hand of the man to the machine.
Let roots draw minerals and water in-depth, adjust the load strictly to obtain balanced grapes with dense aromas.
By conviction and respect for the earth which I borrow from my children, my vineyard abides by the rules of the integrated production.
